All classes start by taking time to centre and focus ourselves. This sets the tone for the rest of the practice. During this time the flow of breath is established, the mind begins to quiet and the body begins to warm up for more challenging postures.
During the class we aim to lengthen, strengthen and tone the body and improve the flow of energy, helping to regulate the physical systems of the body. After each class we finish with savasana, (relaxation) to restore the body and bring a feeling of vitality.

You don’t need a certain level of flexibility to start Yoga, everyone will work at their own level. However, you will naturally find that your flexibility begins to increase with your practise.
